How can i match the light and wireless remote control?

1 .Independent wireless remote control switch can control the front and tail light at the same time.

2.    Press the front light switch button and tail light switch button at the same time, then release the two buttons at the same time when the power button flashes.

3.    Connect the bike light and battery quickly, quick press the front light switch. When the bike light flashes 3 times, the light is matched.

 

Remark:

1.    The tail light switch can only be used with wireless remote control tail light.

2.    Remote control range up to 1 meters.

Wireless Remote Switch Operation

Independent wireless remote control switch can control the front light.

■Press power button to turn on or turn off front light and tail light at the same time.

■Long press the front light switch for more than 0.5 second to turn on the front light at off modes.

■Short press front light switch to adjust front light brightness 100%—50%—30%—Flashing

■Long press the front light switch for more than 0.5 second to turn off the front light at any modes.

Where can i find the battery indicator?

The power indicator is specially designed for this MAGICSHINE Bicycle Light to show remaining capacity of the batteries.

Whats the run time of the MagicShine battery?

The Run times will vary depending on conditions and the output of your Bike lights. Broadly speaking you can expect between 2.5 and 3 hours on a 900 lumen output light. However these are lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion provides very high power over extended periods of time and they are also flexible in terms of re-charging. However they are similar to the batteries in laptops and mobile phones. 

Whats your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with the MagicShine products you purchased in our Webstore for any reason, you have 14 days from the time you received your goods to initiate a return and request a refund.

Keep in mind! To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our guarantee does not cover damages from road hazards, improper installation or willfully abuse.  Furthermore, please print the return document and put the return documents inside the box with the other goods.

Please ship it to the provided address by the carrier of your choice and at your expense. Don't forget to keep the shipping receipt (with tracking id) you get.

If I bought my goods from another Magicshine retailer, can I return faulty items direct to you?

No, all MagicShine item must be returned to the original retailer or B2B-distributor. how long is the Magicshine warranty and what does it cover?


Thanks you for choosing MAGICSHINE! You have purchased one of the most sophisticated and reliable bicycle lights on the market today. Used properly, we are sure it will bring you long-time enjoyment. Please take time to read this manual carefully before use and save it for future reference.

 

We guarantee Magicshine products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of:

  • Light head: 12 month manufacturer's warranty from date of retail purchase. 
  • Battery, charger and other accessories: 180 days from the date of retail purchase.
  • Service & Warranty Procedure

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a Magicshine product, please follow the procedure below:

  • This guarantee does not cover damages from road hazards, improper installation or operation, or willful abuse. Warranty does not cover consequential damage, or damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. Magicshine's liability is limited to either free repair or free replacement of warranted merchandise at Magicshine's discretion. No credits or refunds will be issued.
  • Please keep the warranty card properly.
  • The buyer should immediately check the product for proper operation immediately after receipt; otherwise the goods are considered as accepted. 
  • Warranty is only valid to the original owner. Proof of purchase is required when obtaining warranty service. Systems returned without a sales receipt will have the warranty begin on the date of manufacture.
  • At its sole discretion, Magicshine agrees to repair or replace products deemed by Magicshine lights to be defective. Magicshine reserve the right to replace a product with a like replacement that fulfils the same purpose. This replacement product may have graphics or finishing different from the original.
  • DO NOT return suspected defective parts directly to Magicshine or the seller. When a Magicshine product is suspected to be defective, it must be submitted into warranty inspection, either through authorized dealers or distributors. The entire product must be returned, not just the suspected defective part, shipped freight prepaid, together with the written description of the suspected failure, proof of purchase and the warranty card. 
  • This limited warranty is in lieu of any other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or other similar standard. To the extent allowed by law, Magicshine is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages associated with a warranty claim.
  • If you tamper with, modify or disassemble (DIY) the product for any reason your warranty will become Void. We check all our products before shipping them to our customers and will therefore be aware if tampering, modification or disassembly has taken place and we will not refund or replace the product in these circumstances. 

TO REDUCE RISK OF FIRE OR INJURY TO PERSONS:

Read and follow all safety and operation instructions. If you have any questions, or do not understand an instruction, please contact your dealer or service provider.

  • Keep out of reach of children or pets.
  • Do not short-circuit the charger or the battery.
  • Do not use your device while charging or touch your device with wet hands.
  • Do not drop or cause an impact to the charger or the battery.
  • Do not charge the battery with chargers that are not approved by the manufacturer.
  • Never dispose of batteries or devices In afire.
  • Never place batteries or devices on or in heating devices, such as microwave ovens, stoves, or radiators. Batteries may explode when overheated.
  • Never crush or puncture the battery.
  • Do not touch the light surface when the light is turned on. The light surface could be very hot.
  • Battery must be stored In a dry area with low temperature for long-term storage.
  • Do not touch the liquid if the battery is leaking. If contacted, get medical help right away.
  • Prevent batteries from contacting metal objects, as this can create a connection between the + and -terminals of your device and lead to temporary or permanent battery damage.
  • Charge only with a MAGICSHINE specified charger.
  • Do not watch directly in the LEDs, which can hurt your eyes.

What is the LIVALL warranty Regulation?


1.If there is any discrepancy or omission between the following and any national policy, the national policy shall prevail.

2.The warranty time is 1 year after purchase. Any quality problem can be maintained for free or it can be replaced within 30 days after purchase if re-sale is available.

3.LIVALL bears no responsibility for warranty over other product components. i.e, the Quick Start Guide, Warranty Card, etc.

What is LIVALL Warranty Service Explanation?

 Your warranty is limited to covering normal use of the products only. Damages which are not due to the quality of the product itself and products in one of the following situations are not covered under the warranty. However repairs can be carried out for a fee:

1.Warranty period has expired;

2.Warranty certificate and valid receipt are not available, unless products can be proven to still be within the valid warranty period;

3.Contents of the warranty certificate and products do not match or have been altered;

4.Damage caused due to failure to use, repair and maintain the products in accordance with the instruction manual;

5.Damage caused due to disassembly by a non-authorized service store;

6.Damage due to force majeure;

7.Natural wear of the product (e.g, exterior shells, buttons, coating, accessories, etc.);

8.Malfunctions, physical defects or flaws not caused by the Company.
